This cutie pie is Frankie and we don’t know anything about her life before she came to us. She was live trapped by a family out on their ranch and after checking with neighbors, it was determined that she didn’t belong to anyone nearby.

It took Frankie a good month plus to let her guard down and start enjoying all of the wonderful things that humans can provide, like love and scritchies. Once that switch flipped though, she has made tremendous leaps and bounds and revels in her snuggling and lap time. She has learned to play and loves her toys and cat tree. She has become very playful and is so fun to watch when she gets the zoomies. She still isn’t really comfortable being picked up but will definitely come to you for attention. Frankie has learned the joy of being brushed and is a sucker for canned cat food as a treat. Quick movements do still startle her but she has come soooooo far! Frankie is 180 degrees a different kitty girl than when we first met her thanks to the compassion and patience of her foster mom. Her foster mom would prefer that people come meet Frankie at her home where she is comfortable.

Frankie will do best in a quiet home without other kitties or dogs. The noise and activity level of small children might be too much for her as well, but if the kiddos are respectful, she may acclimate as she’s proven that she can adapt and change. This quirky little girl likes to have a hidey hole and her favorite spot to chill is in the small cabinet over the fridge- you know, the one where you never store anything that gets used frequently since it’s so hard to reach… Perfect spot to “store” your kitty!

Frankie is a very healthy gal and has been spayed, tested negative for FLV, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is now ready to find her forever home.

Frankie’s adoption fee has been sponsored by her foster mom (Thank you!!!) under the stipulation that Frankie remains an inside kitty- unless outside with a leash and harness. Her favorite toys will also come with her to her new home.
