Where are our Bassett peeps?

Handsome Bo is sadly looking for a new home. His elderly owner had to move to an apartment due to her health needs.

Bo misses his human and howls for her when she is gone. She’s had him since he was a puppy so it’s understandable that he misses her when she is not there. His owner doesn’t feel it is fair to medicate Bo when she has to leave the apartment but can’t risk another complaint from a neighbor.

Bo is a shy guy but warmed up to us a bit after some time sitting on the floor with him and loving him.

He was a perfect gentleman and allowed us to trim his very overgrown nails.

Bo is a bit on the portly side (not throwing any shade at this good boy…) and would benefit greatly from some nice daily walks.

We think Bo would do well in a quiet home with a retiree that could spend most of their time with him. He has lived with a kitty in the past and does well with other dogs one on one so he doesn’t get overwhelmed.

Bo is neutered, potty-trained, and up to date on his vaccinations.
