ARLO – PITTY MIX – MALE – 1.5 YEARS OLD

What a cutie this boy is! Aren’t those just the cutest elf ears you’ve ever seen?

Arlo is a very sweet soul.

He loves kids and is a big fan of snuggling.

Arlo is a smart guy and has been through obedience training. He knows: sit, come, wait, place, heel, shake, and high five.

He loves going for walks and has great leash manners. Arlo rides beautifully in the car and at 45 lbs. he is the perfectly-sized traveling companion. He loves loves loves car rides and generally goes to sleep the minute you hit the road.

Arlo isn’t a fan of small dogs that get up in his face and can be selective about other dogs. He might do well with an older, more sedate, confident dog.

He does not do well with kitties- he thinks they are great fun to chase!

This guy really needs to have a home where his person is always around as he does have some pretty extreme separation anxiety. Training and calming meds have not helped.

Arlo does not enjoy being in his crate but will begrudgingly go into it like a good boy if told to “crate”. He does fine in his crate if someone is home, but has high anxiety if left alone.

If you are someone that has all the time and all the love to give this boy, Arlo would love to be your best friend and perfect companion.

 

 

Arlo is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and microchipped.
