Rimrock Rover Ramble 2010 Registration Form

Pre-registration by April 20th $15. After April 20th registration $20. Each person in party must register and pay this registration fee. Kids under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult. All who pre-register will be guaranteed a free t-shirt; those that sign up on race day may not receive a shirt (first come/first serve).

Small Paws Print	I understand that participating in the Rimrock Rover Ramble on April 30, 2011 includes an element of risk for myself and my dog. I should not participate unless the dog and I are physically able and properly conditioned. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to the dog’s and my ability to complete this event safely, and I further agree that event officials may authorize emergency treatment of me and my dog. I also understand that vehicle traffic and spectators may be present along the course, and I assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, illness, traveling to and from the event, falls, contact with spectators, other participants or dogs, the effects of the weather (including temperature extremes and humidity) and the surface condition of the course, all such risks being understood and appreciated by me. I also affirm that the dog I will be participating with has a current rabies vaccination. I agree to abide by all rules of this event set forth within this publication and/or brochure. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge the City and County of Roundup, Rimrock Humane Society, event officials, volunteers, and any sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contractors, employees and any other personnel in any other way assisting or connected with this event from any claims or liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participating in this event, even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver. I also understand that any sponsor may subsequently use, for publicity or promotional purposes, my name or pictures of me or my pet without liability or obligation to me.
