Get Those Walkin' Shoes On
Join the Rimrock Humane Society for their 3rd
Annual Rimrock Rover Ramble
The
Rimrock Humane Society is hip-deep in the planning stages of their 3rd
annual dog walk/run aptly named, the Rimrock Rover Ramble. The Ramble
is a three-mile run or 1.5 mile walk being held on September 10, 2005
at the Roundup Fairgrounds. All proceeds benefit the Rimrock Humane
Society and are applied toward the building fund.
This
is a wonderful opportunity for pet lovers to gather together and help
raise money for a great cause all the while getting exercise and spending
quality time with your animal.
If
you pre-register before midnight of August 31, the registration fee
will be $15. Any registrants after that date, the cost will be $20.
Pledges are not mandatory but highly encouraged. You can register on

or call 406-323-3687 for a registration form. Credit cards are aslo
accepted for your convenience.
Registration will begin on September 10th from 8:30 a.m. until 9:45
a.m. The 3 mile run begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. and the walk at 10:15
a.m. All participants will receive a free t-shirt and your pooch a free
bandana. After the event, refreshments will be available and there will
be many door prizes (donated by local merchants) given away to lucky
winners. The walk moseys along the Musselshell River in many areas and
it is just a gorgeous venue for this event.
So get those tennis shoes dusted off, get that
collar on Rover and join the Rimrock Humane Society for a day of caring
and sharing!
